“We had a tricky job of removing two dead trees. The team did a fabulous job. The only sign they had been in the yard was a loose fence post that they lifted in order to fit a piece of equipment through. All branches and debris were cleaned up thoroughly. The business manager and foreman are extremely professional and nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

“Very professional and competent service. They provided a written estimate within 24 hours and the quote was outstanding. The work was done very cleanly and efficiently, they removed 1 medium oak tree and 7 very large oak limbs that were very close to a garage in under 2 hours. They communicated with me and with each other very well and had excellent recommendations for what to remove and what to leave on the tree based on their experience and the health of the trees. Also, their rigging and rope handling skills were excellent, very safe and secure. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte area.

“Wow! These guys came out today to finish a job another company left in the middle of. These guys are extremely fast and very nice. They did an excellent job from start to finish and made the work look easy. They removed 2 extremely large poplar trees there were very close to the house lightning fast like it was no big deal and then removed a large oak. They definitely know what they are doing and will be using them again if I need tree removal/trimming.”

“ gotta say, HI TREE SERVICE did an outstanding job overall. I had 7 estimates to get two 70ft Oak trees removed from my back yard and Norm Diaz (owner) beat the lowest estimate by 100 dollars. As far as I am concerned they are the best and the most competitive for pricing in the area. They provide proof of Insurance, worker's comp, and a typed estimate before starting any job. I would recommend HI TREE SERVICE to anyone who is looking for any type of tree services. Also, Danny is the man...he climbs trees like a monkey and works extremely fast. I'm givin' em' 5 stars.”

“Wonderful service. Hi Tree was very fast to respond to our request for a proposal. The proposal was professional and complete. They were very flexible on when to remove the trees. When they arrived to do the work, they were prompt and ready to go. The tree's were gone before I knew it and my yard is as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. My neighbors noticed and commented on the great fast work.”

“Norm Diaz had done work for us in the past with the removal of a large hackberry tree that split in a storm, now several years later the same crew showed up and even without their largest chip hauling truck (out for an traffic accident a few days earlier) still got the job done on time. The crew just made due with 3 of his smaller trucks and were very polite and about 1/3 less than the other quotes I received”
